Maintenance Alternatives was founded in 2018. We are a close knit team who knows that quality work, dependability, and reliability are of the utmost importance. We believe in being a good neighbor, a trustworthy business, and providing high quality work.

Our motto is "We fix it like you would... if you had the time." We believe in the highest quality work done at affordable prices. We value honesty, dependability and reliability. We are the friendly neighbors who just happen to be able to fix almost anything!

Whether you need a simple repair, staining/waterproofing or a full deck built, we have you covered.

Driveway Cleaning & Sealing

Driveways are a speciality of ours! We can power wash, seal and leave you with a next-to-new driveway.

Furniture Assembly

Putting together furniture, shelving, and other household items can be confusing and tricky (directions are NOT always right), so let us help.

Matt Holladay

Matt is the second generation owner and an all around great guy. Skilled at almost any repair, he's your go-to man! He is also our Administration Guru. You will find him answering phones and emails, scheduling jobs, and keeping the office running smoothly.

George Cleary

George and Matt have been friends for decades and have been working together for several years now. George specializes in Wood Rot Repair, Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling and Tile Installation. George has over 2 decades of experience in this industry and is our On-Site Team Leader!

Savannah Livers

Savannah joined our Team in May of 2024 as our hard working assistant! Her natural talents and abilities have made her an expert with a paint brush, a landscaping artist, and a force when installing LVP flooring. Working with our company has given her an opportunity to broaden her skillset, and we are continuously impressed with how quickly she learns new tasks!

Darrell "Boss Man" Holladay

Darrell is a jack-of-all-trades and can fix nearly anything. Although Darrell has now entered Retirement, you will still find him monitoring our Local NextDoor Page, Setting up Quotes, and delivering your daily "Dad Joke" on Social Media! Darrell is a resident of the Polo Fields, and in another life, was a comedian and owned a local comedy club.

Maintenance Alternatives', Darrell Holladay, just completed a job for us and I must say, did a good job and showed up, on time, as committed. I originally had Lowe's contractors scheduled and they cancelled out and rescheduled us 5 times. I got fed up with the poor customer service and reached out to Darrell, whom I found his name on Next Door's website as a recommendation from another satisfied customer. He also quoted the job, costing us less than Lowe's. I would recommend contacting Darrell if you have any handyman jobs needing done.
